Established in 2020, Staxx and Company Mobile Bar Services will become a fixture in the Jackson and surrounding areas for all your bar needs. We’ve decided to convert our horse trailer into a mobile bar that can be utilized for endless types of events. We pair the spirit of good drinks with a unique vibe which makes for one memorable and unique experience. Cheers!

Staxx and Co. Mobile Services is a new idea of bartending located in Jackson, MS. Our goal is to deliver great drinks and a classic vibe.
Staxx and Co. Mobile Bar is a converted 1978 Calico Horse Trailer that has been customed built into a full service cocktail bar on wheels, meaning we bring our bartending expertise and unique mobile bar setups to you! We are a mobile bar company for hire in Jackson, MS (and the surrounding area). Staxx & Co. Mobile Bar offers a personalized experience, perfect for any event, from intimate gatherings to large parties.

Frequently Asked Questions
Although we are not the first Mobile Bar Service in the industry, this form of bartending is new to the Jackson Area. Listed below are some commonly asked questions we've received thus far. If you have questions that are not asked below, please feel free to reach out directly, and we'll be happy to address any additional questions or concerns.
Q: HOW DO I RENT STAXX AND CO. ?
A: First, contact us! Email us through our contact page with the date/time of your event, estimated guest count, and beverage service needed.
Once we confirm that date/ time is available, we will confirm with a quote. A non-refundable deposit will be required to officially book your date.
Q: DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
A: No. We do not provide ALCOHOL! We legally cannot provide alcohol with your booking under MS liquor licensing laws. Staxx & Co. Mobile Bar provides everything else you need for your bartending service . Check out our page to get an idea of what we DO provide.
Q: HOW MUCH TO RENT STAXX & CO.?
A: After we confirm that your date is available, we will need to know the following details;
- Location
-Number of Guests
-Bar Selection you will be serving (Basic, Statement, or Total Package)
The details listed above will determine the rental price. We provide custom prices per event.

**All events have a minimum hour rental requirement and please note that all credit/ debit card charges are subject to a handling fee up to 2.9%.
Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
A: We are located in Downtown Jackson, MS. We offer travel anywhere within a 25 mile radius from zip code 39202, but don’t be afraid to reach out if you are a bit farther! We charge a $4/mile travel fee for any location greater than 25 miles away; this accounts for gasoline and any travel expenses.
Q: DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE? WHAT KIND OF PERMITS WILL I NEED FOR MY EVENT?
A: Yes! We carry General and Liquor Liability Coverage. We can provide proof when needed.
For any permits that may be needed it is the clients responsibility to secure those. Generally, if your event is held on private property you will not need to secure any permits. If you have any questions, please email us!
Q: WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE TRAILER?
A: Our Mobile Bar trailer is approximately 7 feet wide, 9 feet tall, and 17 feet long.
We require the trailer is setup on a flat surface. We require a clear pathway in and out for setup and breakdown.
Q: WHAT IS THE REQUIRED POWER SOURCE?
A: Staxx & Co. Bar always supplies extension cords and ask that there is an electrical outlet within 50 feet of setup.

Q: CAN WE DECORATE TRAILER?
A: Any decorations that do not include fire, nails, glue, or objects that will damage the trailer can be used to decorate.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 60 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless Staxx and Co. secures another event for your date.
In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. Staxx and Co. does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.
We accept cash, checks or credit card payments.
